Special Project Assistants assist various departments with administration projects. Strong computer skills required. Shifts: Wednesday and Thursday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Moonshot Studio Representatives support the Education Division. Duties include assisting Teaching Artists in setting up activity stations, helping distribute art making materials to participants, cleaning up the stations, greeting and directing guests inside the studio, informing patrons of activities for the day and week ahead, crowd control, and more. Shifts are Weekends: 10:30 am to 2 p.m.; 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 pm.

Multimedia Broadcasters assist staff with the Millennium Stage video broadcast. Must have hands-on professional camera experience and video production. Shifts Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Campus Tour Guides must be comfortable addressing and guiding groups of all ages and physically navigating key the Campus. Shifts weekdays 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; weekends 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Theater Tour Greeters serve with the Campus tour guides by greeting visitors in front of the theaters, assist Campus Tour guides with opening and closing procedures, and answering general questions. Need to be friendly, patient, and proactive, as well as comfortable with greeting and interacting. There are periods of inactivity in this position, during which the tour greeter must remain alert and ready for visitors. Shifts weekdays 10:45-3:30pm Weekends: 9:45am-1:30pm

Visitor Information Specialists serve at the Visitors Center in the Hall of States and the Welcome Desk at the Welcome Pavilion, The REACH. This job requires a vast knowledge that spans many topics, from the history of the Center to how to get around the Campus to current and future performance information. Shifts daily 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.; 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
