Originally from Up-State NY, Ms. Hobson found her passion for the Theatre at her beloved Howard University. Over the past 35 years, she has had the privilege of designing lights for The Boys Choir of Harlem, Rennie Harris PureMovement, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Philadelphia Dance Company (PHILADANCO), Suor Angelica, The Devil and Daniel Webster, special events at the Kimmel Center, Faye Snow, Vivian Green, and Ms. Patti LaBelle to name a few. Pamela is currently the Tour Manager and Lighting Designer for Vivian Green and Road Manager for Patti LaBelle. Pamela is very excited to be back home working at the John F. Kennedy Center.
