Louisa trained as a dancer from a young age and took her first Zumba® class when she began as a student at University of Maryland, College Park. These classes nurtured her love of dance and fitness and though she began teaching as a DanceFit instructor in early 2022, she became a certified Zumba® instructor in January of 2023. She now is certified in and teaches both Zumba® and Barre classes at the university with UMD Recwell and loves to bring a positive and inclusive environment to her participants, creating a space where anyone is able to dance it out and leave feeling energized!
