Galera is a shared program that brings together two contemporary dance pieces: Un solo día and Uholdeak. Both offer perspectives that engage in dialogue around loss and the urgency of inhabiting the present—the only truly meaningful time. Through movement and audiovisual language, they explore memory, surrealism, and the relationship between the body and the memories and emotions that move through us.
Un solo día — Choreography by Clarissa Costagliola
Inspired by the visual universe of Francesca Woodman, it imagines a space where time is suspended and transformation is continuous, allowing what was interrupted to be inhabited.
About the artist: Clarissa Costagliola is an Italian dancer and choreographer dedicated to contemporary dance. Her work combines movement research, stage creation, and collaboration with other artists.
Uholdeak — Choreography by Olatz Larunbe
Explores the emotions that arise when a natural catastrophe disrupts life. Like an unexpected surge, water advances, overflows, and sweeps everything in its path.
About the artist: Olatz Larunbe is an independent artist who develops creative projects in collaboration with various artists and companies. She holds a degree in Primary Education, and her practice focuses on movement research, stage creation, and pedagogical processes.
